启动托市一星期了，未收一粒新麦，市场收购价几乎每天跌２分，农民售粮排成长龙……正值小麦上市季节，记者深入川鄂皖等小麦产区采访发现，收获季遇到强降雨，供应足需求还不旺，今年新小麦衰运连连。部分产区的新麦品质较差，市场行情持续低迷，开秤价格节节下跌，农民遭遇卖粮“寒冬”。
据中国人民银行消息，自2016年6月15日起，中国人民银行在官方网站发布中国国债及其他债券收益率曲线。上述曲线由中央国债登记结算有限责任公司编制，其中三个月期国债收益率是用于计算国际货币基金组织特别提款权（SDR）利率的人民币代表性利率。在央行网站发布国债收益率曲线是国际通行做法。人民银行网站发布国债等债券收益率曲线，可为境内外机构和投资者了解、参与中国债券市场提供便利，提升市场主体对国债收益率曲线的关注和使用程度，夯实国债收益率曲线的基准性，为进一步深入推进利率市场化改革奠定更为坚实的基础。
