中国积极解决去年MSCI指出的限制A股纳入的相关问题，包括额度分配程序、资本流动限制和投资收益所有权等，这些问题已基本解决；MSCI在今年4月的
征询文件中提出了新问题：A股公司停牌的任意性和交易所层面关于在境外设立A股相关衍生产品的限制，这两个问题仍未解决，但是对纳入结果的影响小于去年提
出的三个问题，解决难度也相对较小。因此总体来看，A股纳入MSCI的概率较大，约70%，但不确定性依然存在。
