在国企治理结构上，新一轮的改革为国企治理厘清关系。例如，在国企分类的基础上，上海提出规范设置国企法人治理结构，竞争类企业、功能类和公共服务类企业在董事、独立董事、财务总监等设置上，需要根据企业的分类和具体情况来确定。规范合理的法人治理机构将助力国企回归本位，焕发新的活力。
针对电商的反弹，国家质检总局曾在5月15日发表的说明中解释，跨境电商商品的货物属性，检验检疫应依法签发通关单。同时质检总局表示“其实清单内仅有36%的编码在‘法检目录’内”，言外之意多数编码商品并不受影响。

火电发电量持续低迷，水电累计增速下滑。1-4月份，全国规模以上电厂发电量17986亿千瓦时。其中，火电13772亿千瓦时，同比下降3.2%，降幅较去年同期收窄0.3个百分点；水电2816亿千瓦时，同比增长15.5%，增速同比提高0.2个百分点，但较1-3月(17.5%)和1-2月(22.6%)的同比增速出现明显下滑。
